Each Wisp & Tangle piece is lovingly made by hand, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Slight variations in stitch tension, shape, and color are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. These unique differences are what make your piece truly one of a kind.

Plushie Safety Warning

All crochet plushies feature safety eyes and are intended for decorative purposes or for adults and children aged 3 and older. They are not suitable as toys for children under 3 due to the risk of choking. If you would like a child-safe version with embroidered eyes instead of safety eyes, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Natural Stone Warning

Many of our makes incorporate natural stone elements. While we use only high-quality materials that are tested and certified safe, items containing stone are not suitable as toys for children and may pose a choking hazard. Please keep these items out of reach of small children.

Needle Minder Warning 

Our needle minders contain strong magnets. Keep away from pacemakers, implanted medical devices, electronic devices, and small children.

All custom orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
